All of our builder assistance programs require starting with the "Fast Build" kit option.

Assist Level 1

FUSELAGE

• Bond in all windows
• Cut out and laminate floor flanges

WINGS

• Laminate in all remaining ribs
• Laminate all flap and aileron ribs
• Install receiver brackets for flaps and ailerons to include nutplates
• Install aileron and flap horns with nut plates

HORIZONTAL STABILIZER

• Laminate in all remaining ribs
• Install stabilizer horns with nutplates
• Laminate all elevator ribs

ELEVATOR

• Laminate in all remaining ribs
• Install elevator brackets
• Laminate all elevator ribs

RUDDER

• Laminate in all remaining ribs
• Install rudder brackets ​

Assist Level 2

FUSELAGE

• Install controls to include brackets and nutplates
• Install aileron pulley channel
  
• Install rudder cable system with pedals and brakes
• Install elevator yoke and pulley system

WINGS

• Install aileron push/pull tubes with horns for complete aileron motion
• Install flap push/pull system including motor, all tubes and brackets for complete flap motion

HORIZONTAL STABILIZER/ELEVATOR

• Pre-install elevator bracket
• Pre-install elevator main control horn
• Pre-close horizontal stabilizer
• Pre-close elevator stabilizer
• Pre-close elevator and elevator trim

RUDDER

• Pre-close rudder with rudder trim

​Assist Level 3

FUSELAGE

• Install gear, wheels, tires, and brakes
• Install horizontal stabilizer and elevator complete
• Install rudder - full motion complete

WINGS

• Close wings, inculdes drains, verts, fuel tank leak test
• Install wing leading edge (optional)
• Close flaps, connection - full motion complete
• Close ailerons - full motion complete
• Close wing tips (optional)

HORIZONTAL STABILIZER/ELEVATOR

• Close stabilizer and elevators, connect together - full motion complete
• Install stabilizer on fuselage (optional) 
• Install horizontal stabilizer with elevators on to fuselage (optional) ​
